How can you question how much pride a player or team has? Especially in a team that has 7 wins and a come from behind win friday against a probable div.2 playoff team! You said it yourself; Kelly played incredibly hard and physical. Clintwood's pride you call into question was good enough to regain the lead late in the third qtr. and hold off that incredibly physical and hard playing Kelly team. To me, WAVE PRIDE, is what helped push them to a victory.

I hope that helps you sleep at night. If you get a chance to see the film from this game, make sure you check out that int return and a certain someone who made zero an attempt to persue the defender and save a td. Instead they chose to throw their hands into the air and watch as tbe ball went 80 yards in the other direction.

I guess you didn't see the interception return for a touchdown. You probably weren't even watching the game. If you noticed, immediately following the interception half the team seemed to hesitate and watched the guy run the ball all the way back for the touchdown. Several of my family members were at the game with me and we were all asking the same question: "Why didn't they immediately pursue? Why couldn't they catch that guy? Could he really outrun the entire team?" It's not singling out individuals, it's speaking the truth. And sometimes the truth hurts. And yes, according to the discussions I've had with Lung, he did play for Clintwood years ago, so that destroys your second idiotic comment as well.

singling out high school kids on a public forum is as classless as acting like an idiot out on the field taunting the opposing team except on the forum your identity is hidden.

and i was at the game and i did see what he's talking about but im not on here singling people out. that just hurts the team. calling out high school kids on a public forum is as classless as acting like an idiot taunting the opposing team except on the forum your identity is hidden.

So what you're saying is calling out high school kids on a public forum is as classless as acting like an idiot taunting the opposing team except on the forum your identity is hidden?

I mean that's what I gathered from your post, you seemed to really drive that home.

Joking aside, wtf is the matter with what he said? There was no shot's thrown, what was said was the truth, boo ****ing hoo. I guess I'm a real ahole for saying most players from most teams around here are just lazy enough to not even make an effort on the field.

Sorry to burst your bubble baldy, but I was an all district linemen in a year that both PV and Appy won state at 180 lbs. I didn't have half the talent that a good percentage of the kids on this years team have but I **** sure busted my ass every play I was out there. I wasn't the only one who noticed it as the coaches did too. I didn't single anyone out either. It was a **** poor effort, if you can even call it that.
